TEHRAN — The Persepolis football coach Afshin Ghotbi on Tuesday praised his club’s emphatic victory over Saipa and compared it to vitamins.

“Persepolis won an important match because we were defending last season’s championship against Saipa,” Ghotbi said.
“Our team was better-organized that’s why earned more chances while Saipa had no special opportunity in the match,” he added.
Ghotbi, whose club was nicknamed the lion-hearted last season, said, “It really doesn’t matter what the others call us. We play our hearts out.”
